Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Order cannot be canceled once shipped.
- For refund or an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.
- The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
- Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Raaya.
- Exchange voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
- Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For international users only
- International orders are not entitled to exchange or refund.
- All kind of duties and taxes will be bear by the receiver.
- International orders will get delivered within 14 working days. (Subjected to the destination Customs).
